Coastport Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE: CPP)(FRANKFURT: C1J) announces that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the Company's continuation to Alberta and name change to "Donnybrook Energy Inc.". The Company will begin trading under its new name, "Donnybrook Energy Inc." (Symbol: DEI) on August 30, 2010.

The Company has also granted 5,025,000 incentive stock options to certain of its directors, officers, employees, and consultants exercisable at a price of $0.20 per share for a period of three years.

In addition, Laurie Sadler has resigned from the Company's Board of Directors. The Company would like to thank Mr. Sadler for his many years of service.
