OMT Announces Changes to its Board of Directors

OMT Inc. ("OMT") (TSX VENTURE: OMT), is pleased to announce that
Mr. Murray Bamforth has joined its Board of Directors to replace
Laurie Goldberg.
Mr. Bamforth brings considerable depth in financial and business
leadership to OMT, having over 30 years experience as a senior
financial executive, CFO and external auditor.
Mr. Bamforth currently is currently the President of his own
management consulting practice specializing in business planning,
processes, transformation and financial reporting, having recent
engagements with both large and small public companies. Previously,
for over 17 years, Mr. Bamforth held various senior positions with
Manitoba Telecom Services Inc., Bell West Inc. and Allstream Inc.,
including Chief Corporate Officer, Chief Transition Officer,
Corporate Controller, CFO and Internal Audit & Risk Management.
Earlier in his career, Murray was an external audit manager for
several years with Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte &
Touche) and is a Chartered Accountant by profession.

due to his other business activities, including his CEO appointment
