Axa's AllianceBernstein Owns Less Than 5% In Renault

French insurer Axa SA's (AXA) U.S.-based asset management unit AllianceBernstein LP owns less than 5% of Renault SA's (RNO.FR) capital and voting rights after selling shares on the market, according to a filing with French stock exchange regulator Autorite des Marches Financiers Friday.

AllianceBernstein now owns 4.89% of the French carmaker's capital and voting rights, the AMF said.
