Norwegian support vessel operator Siem Offshore Inc. (SIOFF.OS) said Monday it has entered a charter agreement with Petrobras (PBR) for Platform Supply Vessel "Siem Giant".

It said the charter will commence by September 2015 at the latest and is for a firm period of one year. Petrobras has an option to extend the charter for one additional year.
