Philips Names Abhijit Bhattacharya as Group Finance Head

Dutch electronics, healthcare and lighting company, Koninklijke
Philips NV (PHIA.AE), said Monday that the current finance chief of
its lighting unit, Abhijit Bhattacharya, will succeed Ron
Wirahadiraksa as group chief financial officer.
The company said Mr. Wirahadiraksa has resigned from the
management board and executive committee and will join a listed
company in another industrial sector on Dec. 1.
