LONDON--Stobart Group Ltd. (STOB.LN) Thursday said it has sold 47 acres of a property at Speke in Liverpool for 37 million pounds ($53.6 million), plus value-added tax, to Motor Company Ltd. (F).

The infrastructure and support services group said the sale will result in a profit of GBP11.8 million in the current financial year.

The sale will complete on May 31, the company said.

Shares at 0820 GMT down 0.25 pence, or 0.2%, at 120 pence valuing the company at GBP413 million.
