--Airbus and Thai Airways International are going to jointly set up an operations and maintenance hub in Thailand, Reuters reports, citing a Thai Airways official said.

--The hub will cost about 11 billion baht ($339 million), of which about 7 billion baht will come from the Thai navy and the rest from a joint venture between Airbus and Thai Airways, the official said, according to Reuters.

--It will be set up at Thailand's civil-military U-Tapao airport, says Reuters.

--Thai Airways will start maintaining the A380, with the support of teams from Airbus, the carrier said in a statement, Reuters says.
