 Andre Vanden Camp will become Dexia SA's (DEXB.BT) chief operating officer as of Dec. 1, Dexia said Friday.
Vanden Camp is currently an independent consultant and was formerly an executive at ING Groep (INGA.AE). He will replace Marc Huybrechts, who has left Dexia.
