Notice to the Market

 

 

Banco Bradesco S.A. (Bradesco), complementing the Notice to the Market disclosed on October 2, 2017, informs its shareholders and the market in general that the leader plaintiff of the Class Action, filed on June 3 2016, at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (“Court”), informed the Judge that it will not file an amendment to the initial request for the Class Action.

The demand will follow the phase of production of evidence ("discovery"), thus, maintaining the limitation of the class proposed to investors that purchase preferred American Depositary Shares ("ADS") of Bradesco between August 8, 2014 and July 27, 2016.
