N.I.R. Group, LLC Adds Brett Golden to Business Development Team

Prior to joining NIR, Mr. Golden founded Colonial Capital Partners, LLC, a client-focused investment bank, where he raised over $70 million for both public and private companies and structured financial sector M&A transactions. Prior to founding Colonial Capital Partners, Mr. Golden served as a consultant to several privately held businesses, helping to raise capital and evaluate potential divestures and acquisitions. As a trusted advisor, Mr. Golden also counseled high net worth individuals on asset management with a focus on establishing investment policies and selection, including incorporating alternative investment strategies into an overall investment plan. Mr. Golden was a minority owner in First Colonial Securities Group, LLC, a family-owned boutique investment bank. Mr. Golden was instrumental in growing First Colonial�s operations to 25 offices nationwide including an office of 200 retail brokers specializing in asset management and investment banking.
