Regulatory News: Peab (STO:PEABB) has been commissioned to build another section of
the railway extension of the Motala - Mjolby line in Ostergotland. This section stretches from Skanninge to Fogelsta. Peab received the
order from the National Rail Administration and the contract is worth
SEK 105 million.
The commission includes broadening seven kilometres of railway
into double track and building three railway bridges and two road
bridges. Train traffic will be closed down on two occasions; once in
the summer of 2008 and once in the summer of 2009.
The work has already begun and is expected to be completed in May
2009.
