Pound Recovers From Early Lows After U.K. Retail Sales Data

At 4:30 am ET Thursday, the Office for National Statistics has
released U.K. retail sales data for June.
After the data, the pound recovered from early lows against its
major rivals.
The pound was trading at 0.8838 against the euro, 1.2450 against
the Swiss franc, 1.3015 against the U.S. dollar and 146.21 against
the yen around 4:31 am ET.
