State Senator Ronaldo Calderon, Mayor William Molinari and Mayor Pro-Tem
Rosemarie Vasquez of the City of Montebello and several Montebello City
Council Representatives will join officials from the Montebello Housing
Development Corporation and Moen Incorporated for an event to celebrate
the Grand Opening of the new “Bella Monte Homes”
affordable housing community on Tuesday, July 08.
As part of a national program to support the cause of affordable housing
in the Hispanic Community, Moen Incorporated, the #1 faucet brand in
North America, has partnered with Montebello Housing Development
Corporation to help create six new single-family homes at the new “Bella
Monte” community in Montebello. The residences
are expected to be completed later this year.
Moen donated all kitchen and bathroom faucets and sinks as well as
showerheads and other fixtures for the project, located on South Third
Street. The products are provided under the auspices of the company’s
national “Alcanzando Sueños
con Moen” (Achieving Dreams with Moen)
product donation program that benefits Hispanic communities around the
U.S.
Joseph Ramirez, who serves as the national spokesperson for the Alcanzando
Sueños con Moen program, will also be on
hand to commemorate the Grand Opening of the community.
