Result of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
5 June 2009
China Central Properties Limited announces that at the
Company's Annual General Meeting held on 5 June 2009, resolutions number 1 to 6
and 8 proposed as set out in the Notice of AGM were duly passed. Resolution
number 7 as set out in the Notice of AGM was not passed.
All the Resolutions (the details of which may be found on the Company's website
at http://www.ccproperties.com.hk/) were voted on by way of a poll and the
voting results were as follows:
Resolutions 1 to 6: all 88,251,280 votes cast were in favour, so all these
Resolutions were passed.
Resolution 7: 41,702,065 votes in favour, 46,549,215 votes against, so the
Resolution was not passed.
Resolution 8: 83,021,257 votes in favour, 5,230,023 votes against, so the
Resolution was passed.
