Med Gen Inc. (�MGEN�), manufacturers of nationally branded OTC healthier life products and specialty financial services, reports that NASDAQ has approved a stock split of 1 for 200 effective June 2, 2008. The company�s new trading symbol is MDIN. As a result, the issued and outstanding shares are now 23,549,033 down from over 4 billion shares. This action, taken after consultation with its advisors, is expected to help the shares trade in a more orderly market, attract new investors and improve the valuation of the company.
