Compagnie Financiere Richemont SA (CFR.EB) said Friday that all antitrust authorizations for its offer, launched by RLG Italia Holding SpA, for Yoox Net-A-Porter Group SpA (YNAP.MI) have been obtained.

The Swiss company said the condition of effectiveness of the offer has been fulfilled. The offer remains subject to the minimum acceptance level condition as stated in the offer document, said Richemont.
