Facebook and FTC in Talks for Possible 'Multi-Billion' Fine -Washington Post

--Facebook Inc. (FB) and the U.S. Federal Trade Commission are
in talks for a potential "multi-billion-dollar" fine to settle an
investigation into the company's privacy practices, the Washington
Post reported Thursday.
--The report, which cited two people familiar with the probe,
said the fine would be the largest the FTC ever imposed on a
technology company.
