Boeing Co. (BA) on Wednesday unveiled a series of management changes as it readies for its partnership with Brazil's Embraer SA (ERJ).

The Chicago aerospace giant said B. Marc Allen, currently president of Boeing International, will serve as senior vice president of Boeing and president of the Embraer partnership and group operations.

Boeing said Mr. Allen, 45 years old, will be responsible for preparing for the integration of multiple Embraer group operations and leading the partnership upon the closing.

Michael Arthur, 68 years old, currently president of Boeing Europe and managing director of Boeing U.K. and Ireland, will succeed Mr. Allen as president of Boeing International, the company said.

Boeing also said John Slattery will serve as president and chief executive of the commercial aviation and services venture with Embraer. Mr. Slattery, 50, is currently executive vice president of Embraer and president and CEO of Embraer Commercial Aviation.
