--Facebook has agreed to provide the names of French users who are suspected of spreading hate speech on its platform when requested by courts, Reuters says, citing a government minister.

--Cedric O, France's minister for digital affairs, called the deal "huge news." Mr O said the deal was the result of conversations between Facebook and the French government, Reuters reports.
