Renault Partners With Coscharis on Nigeria Car Production

Renault SA (RNO.FR) said Thursday that it has formed a
partnership with Nigerian industrial conglomerate Coscharis Group
to produce and distribute Renault vehicles in Nigeria.
The French car maker said its Logan and Duster models will be
assembled at Coscharis's assembly plant in Lagos from October.
Meanwhile, Renault's Kwid and Oroch cars will be imported from
Brazil and distributed via Coscharis's Nigerian sales network.
Renault said it is the leading auto maker in Africa in terms of
sales, with a market share of 18%,
