Compass Group PLC (CPG.LN) said Thursday that organic revenue grew 6.3% in the third quarter driven by a strong North America, and that it now expects to deliver full-year growth at the top of its 4%-6% range.

The support-services company said a better-than-anticipated margin improvement in rest of world and the mix effect of North American growth is offsetting the more difficult volume environment in Europe.

North America organic revenue grew 8.5% in the quarter. Growth in Europe was 1.9% and 3.2% for the rest of the world.

Compass said it remains mindful of the macro uncertainty in parts of Europe and its impact on the business but continues to expect further revenue, margin and profit growth combined with further returns to shareholders over time.
