Intel Corp. (INTC) on Tuesday said it named Sharon Heck corporate vice president, treasurer and chief tax officer.

Ms. Heck succeeds Ravi Jacob as treasurer of the Santa Clara, Calif., chip maker.

Intel said Mr. Jacob, a corporate vice president, is retiring after 35 years with the company, including 14 as treasurer.

Ms. Heck joined Intel in 2018 as vice president of finance and director of global tax.
