London Stock Exchange Group PLC (LSE.LN) said Monday that Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer Chris Corrado plans to leave the company next year.

The U.K. stock-market operator said Anthony McCarthy will assume the role of CIO and David Shalders--currently chief integration officer--will take up the COO role. Both will start in their new positions on Jan. 1, the company said.

Mr. Corrado plans to leave at the end of the first quarter of 2020, LSE said.
