--The London Stock Exchange isn't planning to sell its subsidiary Borsa Italiana, Raffaele Jerusalmi, chief executive of the Italian stock exchange and LSE board member, told Italian business daily Il Sole 24 Ore.

--The LSE isn't considering the integration of Borsa Italiana's MTS bond platform and Refinitiv's Tradeweb, Mr. Jerusalmi said.

--No changes to Borsa Italiana are foreseen in the short term as a result of Brexit, given that the transition period will run until the end of 2020, Il Sole 24 Ore reported him as saying.
