Heineken NV has appointed Stacey Tank as its new chief corporate affairs and transformation officer with effect from June 1, the Dutch brewer said Tuesday.

Ms. Tank, who returns to Heineken after a stint at Home Depot Inc., will join the executive team and report to Dolf van den Brink, the company's chief executive-designate, Heineken said. Ms. Tank ran Heineken USA's corporate relations function until 2015, the company said.
