--KKR & Co. and Apollo Global Management Inc. are among the
potential suitors for National Australia Bank's wealth-management
unit and have conducted diligence, Reuters reports, citing three
sources familiar with matter.
--The unit, MLC, could sell for more than A$1 billion, two of
the sources said
