UniCredit Appoints New Regulatory Affairs Chief

UniCredit SpA has appointed Adeline de Metz as head of group
regulatory affairs and member of the executive management
committee, the Italian banking group said Monday.
Ms. de Metz replaces Guglielmo Zadra, who will become head of
internal audit. Ms. de Metz will report to finance and control
chief Wouter Devriendt.
Ms. de Metz joined UniCredit in 2012 and was previously head of
working-capital solutions in the global transaction banking
division, UniCredit said.
