Imperial Brands Says Lukas Paravicini Will Be Made CFO on May 19

Imperial Brands PLC said Monday that Lukas Paravicini will be
appointed chief financial officer on May 19 and that current CFO
Oliver Tant will step down on that date.
The FTSE 100 tobacco company said Mr. Paravicini will join the
board with effect from May 1, and that Mr. Tant will be available
to work with the new CFO through to the end of June to ensure a
smooth and orderly handover.
In February the company said Mr. Paravicini would be appointed
on Aug. 5, or at an earlier date.
