Aveva Group to Sell Three Businesses to Schneider Electric for GBP2.6 Million

Aveva Group PLC said Wednesday that it has entered into a 2.6
million pounds ($3.7 million) sales agreement with Schneider
Electric for three of its businesses.
The FTSE 100 provider of engineering and industrial software
said that it will sell its Acquis Software, Termis Software and
Water Loss Management Software businesses, and that completion of
the transaction is expected in, or around, July.
