Tesco Bank Appoints Richard Henderson as Chief Financial Officer

Tesco Bank said Thursday that it has appointed Richard Henderson
as its new chief financial officer from June 30, subject to
regulatory approval.
The bank, which is owned by the U.K.'s leading grocer Tesco PLC,
said that Mr. Henderson replaces Declan Hourican who will leave the
bank on June 29.
Mr. Henderson joined the bank as audit director in June 2009,
and has been bank's chief risk officer since January 2017, it
said.
