Argo Blockchain Launches IPO of ADSs on Nasdaq

Argo Blockchain PLC said Tuesday that it has launched an initial
public offering of its American depositary shares on the Nasdaq
Global Market.
The cryptocurrency miner said it will issue 7.5 million ADSs,
which represent 75 million ordinary shares. Jefferies and Barclays
are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
Shares in London at 0758 GMT were up 7.6% at 141 pence.
