Intel Corp. on Wednesday said Kevin T. McBride, vice president of finance, corporate controller, and principal accounting officer, will resign, effective October 31, to pursue another career opportunity.

Following Mr. McBride's departure, George S. Davis, chief financial officer, will serve as principal accounting officer while continuing in his current role as principal financial officer, Intel said.

Mr. Davis had been Intel's executive vice president and finance chief since April 2019, and before joining Intel was CFO at Qualcomm Inc., Intel said.
