Aviva CFO Jason Windsor Resigns to Join Persimmon

Aviva PLC said Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Jason
Windsor has resigned with effect from July to take up the role at
Persimmon PLC.
The FTSE 100 listed insurer said a search for a new CFO has
begun and a further update will be issued in due course.
Mr. Windsor will help to ensure the effective transition of his
responsibilities, the company said.
