Accenture PLC said Thursday it has bought Ergo, a data-centered business located in Argentina.

The company said Ergo's team of 200 data specialists will join the data and artificial intelligence team within Accenture Cloud First.

Financial terms of the acquisition weren't disclosed.

Accenture said the acquisition expands its Cloud First capabilities to drive data-led transformations for clients in the Hispanic South American market in Argentina, Chile and Colombia.
