Netflix Partners with Microsoft for Ad-Support Subscriptions

Netflix Inc. has partnered with Microsoft Corp. to offer a new
advertising-supported version of its streaming service at a lower
price point.
The streaming giant had been courting major entertainment
studios for a programming deal and said Wednesday that Microsoft
would be able to support its advertising needs while the two
companies build out a content lineup for its ad-supported
plans.
