McDonald's Corp. said it is adding three new directors to its
board as longtime board member Sheila Penrose prepares to step
down.
Ms. Penrose, who has served as a director of McDonald's since
2006, will retire from the board effective Sept. 30, the company
said.
Marriott International Inc. Chief Executive Tony Capuano,

"For over 15 years, Sheila has been a deeply committed and
highly valued member of our board," McDonald's Chairman Enrique
