Flutter Entertainment PLC said Friday that Chief Financial Officer Jonathan Hill will be stepping down from his role and move to a newly-created position of group chief operating officer, and that it has appointed InterContinental Hotels Group PLC CFO Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson as his replacement.

The FTSE 100 gambling group said that Mr. Hill will remain in his rule until Mr. Edgecliffe-Johnson starts, which is expected during the first half of next year.

Separately IHG confirmed that Mr. Edgecliffe-Johnson was stepping down from his role and that it has started the search for his replacement.
