Estee Lauder Cos. on Wednesday said it raised its quarterly dividend by 10%, to 66 cents from 60 cents.

The new payout, equal to $2.64 a year, represents an annual yield of about 1.28% based on Tuesday's closing price of $206.76, up from 1.16%.

The New York maker of skin-care and makeup products said the increased dividend is payable Dec. 15 to shareholders of record Nov. 30.
