Activist investor Nelson Peltz called off a proxy fight at the entertainment company, The Wall Street Journal reported. According to the Journal, Mr. Peltz said changes announced by Disney on Wednesday were similar to what he was planning to push for at the company. Dow Jones & Co. owns Factiva.
