14:24 ET -- Walmart Inc. is one of the most mentioned companies in the U.S. across all news items in the last 12 hours, according to Factiva data. Walmart is selling Moosejaw, an outdoor retailer with an e-commerce platform and brick-and-mortar locations in six states, to Dick's Sporting Goods Inc. Financial terms of the sale weren't disclosed. Walmart acquired Moosejaw in 2017 for about $51 million. The deal with Dick's is expected to close in March. Walmart shares are down 2.6% at $143.53 on Wednesday. Dow Jones & Co. owns Factiva.
