9:54 ET -- PDD Holdings Inc. is one of the most mentioned companies in the U.S. across all news items in the last 12 hours, according to Factiva data. Alphabet Inc.'s Google blocked downloads of e-commerce app Pinduoduo after versions of it not carried in Google's app store were found to contain malware, adding to security concerns about Chinese-developed apps. The Pinduoduo app, which is owned by PDD Holdings, has been suspended from Google Play over security concerns while it conducts an investigation, a Google spokesperson said Tuesday.
