--Hundreds of workers at five Walmart Inc. U.S. centers that fulfill e-commerce orders are being asked to find jobs within 90 days at other company locations, Reuters reports, citing a spokesperson for the retail giant.

--About 200 workers at in New Jersey and hundreds of others in Texas, California, Florida and Pennsylvania were let go due to a reduction or elimination in evening and weekend shifts, the spokesperson told Reuters.

--Walmart will pay the affected workers for 90 days to find jobs at other locations, including those in Illinois and Texas, where the company has opened new high-tech e-commerce distribution centers, Reuters reports.
