10:04 ET -- Walt Disney is one of the most mentioned companies in the U.S. across all news items in the last 12 hours, according to Factiva data. The entertainment giant said in a filing Tuesday morning with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that it plans to invest about $60 billion to expand its theme parks, cruise lines and other ventures over the next decade.
