On November 6, 2008 CNB Corporation mailed to shareholders its quarterly
shareholder financial report which discloses the results of operations of the
Company for the nine-month periods ended September 30, 2008 and September 30,
2007 and the financial condition of the Company as of September 30, 2008 and September
30, 2007.
