Other Events

 
On November 2, 2010, Yuhe International, Inc. (the “ Company ”) issued a press release announcing that it closed the sale of an additional 540,000 shares of its common stock at the public offering price of $7.00 per share to the underwriters pursuant to the over-allotment option granted under the underwriting agreement in connection with its previously announced registered public offering, which was priced on October 20, 2010. The exercise of the over-allotment option brings the total number of shares of the Company’s common stock sold in the offering to 4,140,000, and the aggregate gross proceeds to approximately $29.0 million. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
