On October 14, 2019, Alcentra Capital Corporation issued a press release, included herewith as Exhibit 99.1, announcing the declaration of a fourth quarter 2019 dividend of $0.18 per share for stockholders of record as of November 30, 2019, payable on December 15, 2019.
