The 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. will be held exclusively on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 11:3O a.m., Eastern Time, virtually via the internet at www.meetnow.global/MVR5X6Q. Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.
