Dear Team,

Today, Take-Two Interactive Software and Zynga each held a special meeting of their respective shareholders to vote on the exciting combination that we announced in January. I’m pleased to report that shareholders of both companies voted in favor of the transaction. This is a major milestone in the merger process, and we are now on track to complete the transaction on May 23, 2022, subject to the satisfaction of the remaining closing conditions.

The strong support expressed by our shareholders confirms our confidence in the value of our business, our talented team and our ability to continue shaping the future of interactive entertainment.

Stay tuned for additional communications following the official close of the transaction.

As always, thank you for your dedication and contributions to Zynga.
