Item 7.01.    Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 15, 2022, Coeur Mining, Inc. posted an updated corporate presentation on its website. The updated presentation may be obtained at https://coeur.com/_resources/presentations/2022-12-15-Investor-Day-Presentation.pdf.
Item 8.01.    Other Events.
On December 12, 2022, the Company completed its previously announced “at the market” offering of $50.0 million of its common stock, par value $0.01 per share (the “Offering”). The Offering was conducted pursuant to an ATM Equity Offering Sales Agreement with BMO Capital Markets Corp. and RBC Capital Markets, LLC as the sales agents. The Company sold a total of 14,766,835 shares in the Offering, raising net proceeds (after sales commissions) of approximately $49.2 million.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering to reduce outstanding indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
