On January 12, 2023, Virgin Galactic Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that, effective January 12, 2023, Swami Iyer departed from his position as President of Aerospace Systems, in connection with an internal reorganization. Mr. Iyer will continue to serve as an advisor until March 3, 2023.

On January 12, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing Mr. Iyer’s departure and updated leadership structure. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
